"Bosch was one of the few large German corporations that was suspiciously silent for a long time about boycotting Russia. Today we launched a campaign on our channels to draw attention to this.
Here, we received an official answer. It is written that Bosch stopped supplying household appliances. They are also in the process of closing two plants in St. Petersburg.
We welcome these steps, but urge Bosch to do more. Total boycott of the Russian market in all areas and types of products. Putin's war against Ukraine and, by the way, repression against normal Russians will end only when the Russian budget runs out of money. ”

"It seems that Bosch has finally decided on its position! Here is a letter the company sent to its employees. I hope they will issue an official statement soon.
Here is what the company said (so far informally):
- Bosch has found that its products may be used in Russian military equipment. This directly contradicts their agreements with Russian companies, and therefore the company has stopped deliveries for trucks.
- Bosch stopped accepting applications from Russian automakers and effectively stopped supplying products to Russian automakers.
- Bosch has stopped deliveries to its central warehouse in Moscow since the start of hostilities.
- The supply of not only household appliances, but also parts for them, as well as car parts (secondary and OEM markets) has been completely stopped.
- The work of two factories in St. Petersburg on rubble appliances, as well as industries (heating equipment, automotive components, power tools) has stopped.
We thank the management of Bosch for their position, and we hope that soon the company will be able to stop all its business with Russia on 100%. ”

"The assets of the German group were acquired by Armen Sargsyan's S8 Capital holding. Bosch sold the Russian business (all 6 local companies). All over Russia, the remaining specialized stores of Elgi, Bosch and Sony began to close. In technical support, it is specified that some stores will work until the summer, until they sell out the remaining goods. So far, retail partners of foreign manufacturers have not closed stores to avoid fines from landlords, market participants say.
